He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Chris Barker, the sales manager, was also very nice and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Not to forget about a few days ago, we had an online session with John Larson, who did an excellent job walking us through all the features the Crosstrek has to offer. He introduced us to several features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise and made sure we were comfortable and familiar with all the incredible capabilities of our new Subaru. The showroom itself is clean and well-organized, and we really appreciated the play area for kids—it allowed us to focus on the cars while our daughter had a fun and safe space to play.
